About this vehicle

Your chance to acquire a 2010 Chausson Welcome Suite 2300CC Fiat Ducato Diesel engine putting out 130BHP. This is a three berth, four seatbelt motorhome, with a centrally located island style kitchen layout and spacious end washroom.

The motorhome has a maximum gross weight of just 3500KG so can be driven by any licence holder with no restrictions and has a total length of just 5.99 metres so is ideal if your limited for length on your driveway or are just looking for an easy to park van.

The driver’s cab is well equipped with air-con, cruise control, radio/cd player, driver & passenger airbags, swivel seats, panoramic rooflight, electric windows and mirrors.

As we move into the lounge area which is directly behind the cab, the fixed sliding dining table comfortably provides seating for up to six people utilising the cab swivel seats.

This electrically operated table drops at the touch of a button to allow the lounge seating to be converted into a bed, as required and above this lounge area there is an electrically controlled drop-down double bed.

Next we have the island styled kitchen which offers a 2-ring gas hob under a glass lid, a sink in stainless steel with glass lid, a 3-way fridge with freezer box is directly underneath and a freshwater filling point. Alongside the fridge is a curved doored cabinet for providing loads of space for your utensils and pots and pans, and additional cupboard space at high level.

The motorhome offers a full size washroom which is located at the rear of the van and which is accessed using a sliding door. This offers you a large separate shower cubicle with a folding screen, a Thetford swivel style toilet and a round stainless-steel sink with a mixer tap.

At either side of the washroom area, you have a wardrobe and a cabinet, providing you with loads of storage space for your clothing and all other accessories.
