Ron, Having been a keen caravanner for over 45 years, the decision to switch to a motorhome was not taken lightly. It goes without saying that thorough research into the large range of options available to us as consumers is absolutely essential. Yet, once one has cleared that particular hurdle - and in my case it took well over a year - there remains a further critical step.

Which dealer? get that wrong and it is quite capable of haunting you for a long time. So in my case i spent many hours looking for evidence of what customers have to say about dealers' aftercare of its customers. The results in my view, were, in too many cases -shocking. However, as far as you are concerned CLV ticked all the boxes, with the bonus of you being a local company, giving me the added pleasure of knowing that my money is playing its part in assisting the local economy.

I am grateful to yourself and your colleagues for your patience in assisting me through the processes involved in purchasing our Autotrail Apache. Not at any stage did i feel pressurised into making a decision, hard sell tactics etc. There was always someone on hand to answer my queries when i came back after some thinking time. Staff members know me by name - something that the very large dealers are not capable of and one is soon forgotten. In the couple of times i have called down with minor issues, technical help has been available immediately and with a smile.

Gareth has put in a winning formula for CLV and i have no problem in recommending you to others i will come across in my travels. With much appreciation. Martin
