Almost a couple of months have gone by since we collected our brand new Bailey Approach SE 745 from you and we have spent the grand total of 8 nights away in it!

We hadn't gone to the show with the intention of buying anything at all - neither caravan or motorhome, and you will re-call it was "love at first sight" when we saw it at the Excel Show - we were smitten with this Bailey. This is our first motorhome, having been caravanners for 20-odd years. You said that we wouldn't be disappointed, and we haven't been in the slightest! In fact we have been very pleased with it all round.

So thank you for guiding us so well through our first motorhome purchase. It has been a very good experience right from the start. We have been so well looked-after all the way through, from when we met you at the show and decided to buy, to you meeting us at the station in Swansea and driving us to your showroom so we could take delivery, to showing us how everything worked, your kind hospitality and the lovely surprise bouquet of beautiful flowers, even arranging our overnight stop at River View. All excellent indeed.

Throughout, it has been a pleasure dealing with you and your company, and we would certainly recommend CLV Wales to anybody thinking of buying a motorhome.
