Not long ago my husband and I called into your showroom during a visit to family in Wales. Our quest that day was to purchase a new water cap cover for our motor van as we had broken the key in the lock. While we were in the accessory shop we decided to have a walk around the showroom and outside areas. This is something I don't often do as I have been known to get quite annoyed when targeted by salesmen who seem to engulf any prospective client and refuse to allow them breathing space by constantly nipping at heels until one feels like bait in a ring that is been eyed up from all sides! I was pleasantly surprised however by the totally friendly but not pushy approach of your sales staff. We were left to roam and not shadowed although we were informed that the sales staff were there to help should we wish to ask anything about any vehicles. Both salesmen made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed the browsing! Eventually we began to consider the possibility of updating our motorhome and approached your staff who were both helpful and respectful to us and were able to show us a few vehicles that may possibly suit. At no point were we pressured or pushed and both salesmen answered all questions put to them honestly and went out of their way to help and advise us about the vehicles we were viewing. After hours of deliberation we eventually fell in love with an Autotrail Mohican that you had in the showroom and our minds were made up. It is a big step to spend a large amount of hard earned cash on a vehicle such as this for most people and it has to be thought about carefully if you want to enjoy your purchase in future. We agreed a very fair deal and part exchange price and you all went out of your way to accommodate us completing the exchange in a very short time which enabled us to take our new purchase home at the end of our trip and avoided a long journey back to collect it. This meant that your service staff had to bump us up the list and that our job was given priority so that all safety checks etc could be completed on time. Everyone worked very hard to help and John in the garage gave us a whistle stop guide to how things work which took over an hour! I can't say that we got it all in our heads (we are still learning) but he had the patience and professionalism to have a darned good go! His dry humour helped and his obvious knowledge of the vehicles he maintains got us started and a couple of calls since we have been home has meant that we are getting there. Nothing is to much trouble and it is a delight to know that help is at hand should we require it even after one has left the forecourt! So the point of my communication today..... to ask you to thank all your staff particularly Ron and Mark for their help and advice and their input into the purchase of our new motorhome. And to apologise for my delay in writing but you see we are too busy travelling in our new home to stop and write! We love it and my lovely new end bathroom really is all i had hoped it to be...... real bliss! Thanks again and may I wish you many more years in the trade. you all make a great team and I would be happy to recommend your company to anyone wishing to purchase a new motorhome or upgrade to a newer model. I am so happy that we did.............and we only came in for a water cap! Best wishes to you all
